What You Will Learn

The Early Years Foundation Stage Consultancy Training Package will focus on sharing the best policy and practice in Early Years provision. You will examine Key Messages and Ofsted expectations for Early Years Education.

The training session aims to provide excellent advice on the Roles and Responsibilities of Early Years Co-ordinators and the best methods for Evaluating Early Years provision and building an excellent bank of evidence to demonstrate Impact and Overall Effectiveness in Ofsted terms.

The training will support all school stakeholders to monitor, evaluate and review Early Years policy and practice to support school improvement.

Using Personalised Learning and OFSTED criteria the training course also aims to share Ofsted aspects of outstanding practice for Early Years learners and Teachers.

The training session will also examine ‘outstanding’ indoor and outdoor learning environments to support quality teaching and learning and the Every Child Matters agenda.

The training session will also focus on the learning characteristics and needs of Early Years learners and aims to help teachers identify SEN and Gifted and Talented pupils and review classroom teaching and learning strategies. The training will also include practical classroom strategies for intervention and support.

The CPD training will also provide you with numerous SEN resources, e-formation and guidance notes to support your school, Senior Management Team, SEN Co-ordinators, teaching staff, Governors and SEN learners.
